Statute Of Limitations for Wrongful Termination
I am curious as to the Statute of Limitations for a wrongful termination complaint in the State of Florida?

    Re: Statute Of Limitation
There is more than one kind of wrongful termination. How long you have to file the complaint depends on what kind of claim you believe you have.

You will have to provide some detail for anyone to give you an answer.

BTW, in my experience, about 95% of people who believe they were wrongfully terminated, are mistaken. The phrase does not mean what most people thinks it means.

You don't have to give any details you're not comfortable with but the more you provide, the more accurate assessment we can give you.

    Good catch, Betty.

This wasn't a wrongful termination then; it still isn't one.
