Obtaining An I.D. Card With An Outstanding Warrant
I am have an outstanding warrant of four years in the state of washington for felony theft.I also have an outstanding warrant in the state of oregon for absconding from probation two years ago. That charge was also felony theft.I have a suspended oregon drivers license and my oregon I.D. just expired. I wish to return home and resolve these issues but before I do so I need to obtain a I.D. card from North Carolina. What problems can I expect to run into with the department of licensing in North Carolina, as well as flying from North Carolina to Washington state?

I doubt you will have a problem getting a state ID card.

You're not crossing a border, so the odds of something happening at the airport are much lower than with international travel, but I won't promise anybody anything given security measures currently in place.
