problem solved!!
i was really drunk last night when i came back and i left a nice long note on her dry erase board that read something to the effect of "i filed a police report against you and the court says we have a week to resolve it or it goes to cour. The cop says it is in your best interest to "comply." PS - you will be paying for the item ($73) plus court costs"
and guess what comes up in my mail box thismorning with a call from the front desk..
