Stepfather Adopting Wife's Children, Ages 9, 17 And 19, in Ohio
My exhusband pays child support, but does not see the children, I have been with my current husband for 8 years. Can he adopt my children? How do you go about doing this? Does their biological father's right have to be terminated? The biological father resides in Kentucky, is that a problem?
