17-Year-Old Shoplifting In JCPenneys
Like a week ago..I got caught stealing $45.00 dollars worth of stuff thi store in Grand Rapis , MI and that was my frist time, I never got in trouble with the law before and the jc pennys security guard check me and evertything and they call the police but I was not fringerprinted and i was wondering is that that a good or bad thing? they did not take me to jail but I did have to pay a $50.00 dollar bond. The security guard also told me that I would have to pay jc pennys $200.00 dollars and plus court costs and what does that mean? will the judge make me make pay more money and what will happen? should I get a lawyer? thank you please help!!!
Re: 17 Year Shoplitting In Jc Pennys
Yes you need a Lawyer. You were charged with a criminal offense and that will effect jobs etc if convicted!
Re: 17 Year Shoplitting In Jc Pennys
I already plied guity.... can you tell what will the judge sentences for this crime
Re: 17 Year Shoplitting In Jc Pennys
If you already plead guilty why were you not sentenced?
Re: 17 Year Shoplitting In Jc Pennys
I had not been to court yet and iwas wondering what was going to happen next
Re: 17 Year Shoplitting In Jc Pennys
Then you have not yet plead guilty. Then do as you were told find a criminal defense Attorney
Re: 17 Year Shoplitting In Jc Pennys
but if i do piled guilty then do i still need a lawyer?
Re: 17 Year Shoplitting In Jc Pennys
Nope but your likely to get a much stiffer sentence. that would be your second unwise decision. Your first was to steal
Re: 17 Year Shoplitting In Jc Pennys
You did have to anwers my question rudely...I know what I did was wrong and you do not have to rub it in my face....I just wanted to ask these question to think about what will happen and will it ruin my college future and you did not answer my question, all you did is show your ass off by putting those smart ass remarks but could anyone else help me!!!!
Re: 17 Year Shoplitting In Jc Pennys
I did answer your question GET A LAWYER. If you plead guilty you will get a conviction on your record if that happens yes it can hurt your College chances!! Do not go to court without legal representation!! Can I make this any clearer!!??
