Possible sexual harrasment from property manager
I signed a six month lease, is it possible to just get out of my lease? The property manager used to "hit" on me when I first moved in. I flat out told him I didn't appreciate it, and that I don't think what he is doing is right as he is also married.

Well now he has found a new "victim" and he is always at her house. Not to mention he won't talk to me about fixing anything in my apartment. I feel this is sort of retalitory behaviour on his part, since I wouldn't accept his advances towards me.

I know sexual harrasment is illegal; I don't want to sue him or the landlord, I just want out of here and my lease. Is this at all possible? I don't feel safe here at all, he is always lurking around the building from morning until late at night.

    Input will be greatly appreciated!!

    Problem with Property Manager
Have you taken up any of these issues with the owner of the property?

Yes, I have called the owner, her son owns the building. The mother wants him out, but the son could care less. He lives on the other side of the state, and doesn't want to deal with finding a new landlord.

Funny thing is, is that there are all girls in this building as well as another rental they have here in town.

I also wanted to mention that the this guy calls up the owner and talks badly about me. I think it's because he knows what he did is wrong, and is now trying to make me look bad.

I'd personally call the police and file a complaint. Do you have any witnesses?

No witnesses. PLEASE, does anyone know if I have any recourse?

I don't feel comfortable living here anymore :(
