    Emancipation Law In Ontario
Hello, I have a few questions dealing with one topic, if you can answer them fast and get straight to the point i would apreciate that greatly.

Well can a minor of the age 15 move out on her own in Ontario, if one parent agree's and the other doesn't? They are divorced, and there are no legal custody papers.

The short answer is no. If one parent doesn't want to take care of you, you can live with the other.
