    Landlord not fixing anything
I was wanting to know if there is any way I can report my landlord? since I've moved in to my home I've asked my landlord if he could replace my carpet due to damage done from the pervious tented. He has now turn the property over to re/max to manage but, the wont do a thing about it. It's not only my carpet it's other things in my home as well. I been there for 4 years now and it looks like the only way it will get done is if I move out.

    Housing Inspector
There should be a housing inspector associated with whatever governmental unit has oversight over your apartment complex. Consider calling and requesting an inspection.

Well, here is the thing the manger is with re/max and ever time I ask for some thing to be fix he get mad and says it's up to the landlord but, if the rent check isn't in then they are real quick to service you with the 3 day or pay notice.

I want to know how I can report them in order to get things done. I have already service them with a fix it notice and he came out look at what need to be fix but, never did anything about it. That was almost a year ago.
