Father Wants To Move Child Out Of The Country

My friend and her husband are seperated and have been for 2 years. In the beginning of their split she left the state for approx 10 months. During this time her husband filed abandonment charges against her and revoked her parental rights. She has been back in Nevada , paying child support , and her husband has allowed her some visitation for the past 14 months. He now has informed her that he is planning to move out of the country with their 13 year old son. She is devistated ~ She feels as though she has no legal right to fight~ please help with any suggestions on what she can do to prevent losing her son forever.

Were her parental rights legally taken away by a court order? Or was it her VISITATION RIGHTS taken away? Again was this done through a court?
