Hi all. I was wondering if anyone knows and can explain the classifications for burglary and what the minimum sentences are in my state. Also, what about extra charges like possession of stolen property? I know someone who has talked about doing this. He does not have an arrest record, not even a traffic ticket. I'm trying to convince him that it isn't worth it. He seems to think that, even if he gets caught, he would get off with probation or little jail time because it would be a first offense. But I also warned him that he could get fined as well as having a felony on his record. Appreciate the help.
