Need help with Emancipation
Hi....
i am 16 years old i need help with getting emancipated.. i need to know what i have to do to get emancipated.. does my mom have to take me to the court to set up a date for this to happen? i am pregnant... my mom hits me... shes trien to make get an abortion and she said if i dont get one that i will not be staying here and i will have to go to my fathers. my father is raciest and he does drugs and hits us for no reason. what am i suppossed to do !??!?!?!?! please help me
