Out Of Control Sixteen-Year-Old

Hi,

I have a 16 yr old son who is totally out of control, very disrespectful and disobedient bordering on being a juvenille delinquent. I need help in getting him emancipated. I receive support for him which he has begun to threaten me if I do not give him the money. I have provided a home for him which he chooses not to live in and at this point I don't want him here either. I would like to get him emancipated but I don't know what to do. I can not afford attorney fees. Please help

We need state but a child with this type of destructive behavior stands even slimmer chance than any other teen and those success rates are below 1%. Where is he working? Is he still in school? Does his job pay enough for "self" support? does he have a place to live (rent)? These are but a few of the questions. I personally hav eone myself. Why throw him to us on outside world to deal with?
