Imminent emotional danger
I have a question please help.
I have two children ages 9 and 4. My children have supervised visits with their mother. Week after week she never shows up. My kids look SO forward to seeing their mother; they smile and are so happy when we pull up to the court house for the visits. Then we walk in and find out she isn’t there. It’s like someone pulled out their hearts and stomped on them. Both kids become distraught and cry uncontrollably. I try to hold them, talk to them, take them out for ice-cream, etc. Nothing works it seems their whole life is destroyed for at least one day after this some times two. My daughter’s school work and grade suffer the next day. My 4 yr old son wants nothing to do with his toys, he only wants to sleep.
This has been going on for about 1 year. I am SICK of it! It’s not fair to the kids or me!
I want to go back to court and end this now!
So here is my question:
On the court papers it states I can get an emergency hearing (within 7 days) if the children are in: “Imminent Emotional danger”. Does what I described count?
Thanks in advance for your help
