Minor In Texas Possession Of Drug Paraphenalia

hi my name is james and i am 16 years old in the state of texas. earlier today i was pulled over driving with a friend and we were both searched resulting in a police officer finding me to be in possession of a marijuana pipe. this is my first charge and i was wondering what will happen when i goto court and what i should do to prepare, should i be expecting probation, even though this is my first offense? and how may i go about having this sealed from my record? i dont want any future employers to not accept me because of this. thank you!
