    Probation Detainer In Pennsylvania
I was sentenced to 3 years of probation for retail theft $300.00 and under Feb 2007. I was arrested for DUI and underage drinking in Pa. April 07. No accident. I had been notifying probation. They knew about this. My orginal po was fired and the next thing I knew there was a warrant for my arrest. I have been in county jail since Aug 2007. I was sentenced for the DUI which consisted of 6 months probation and a fine. I now have hearing 12/13/07. All my atty says is time served. I would like to know what to expect. I have asked for house arrest and drug and alchol counseling and AA meetings.

You mean, your attorney has told you to expect a sentence of "time served" on the probation violation? If that happens, the court will sentence you to the number of days you serve prior to being released from jail, then give you credit for "time served", and you'll be discharged from the jail (and possibly also from the first sentence of probation, as you'll be on a new sentence of probation from the DUI).
