If legal father and I get married what rights does biological father have? Baby is 10 months old. Legal father signed birth certificate and AOP.

Can biological father still petition the courts to establish paternity and rights?


If so, can he force us to have baby's name changed?

The biological father can petition for a determination of paternity. You can also request child support. Consider having your husband adopt if the bio dad will waive his rights.
