Re: I Want To Be Emancipated Texas
Your 4.0 has you asking the same question over and over expecting differnt answers just because you reworded it. My 2.9 takes an answer and moves on;)

1st in FL the emancipation petition must be filed by your parents
2nd Your not old enough
3rd The odd of a judge granting such petition to a pregnant teen is less than winning the lottery
4th Your BF is goingf to jail for rape
First of all her boyfriend may be 16 or 17 if so he will not get sent to prison . Now on the other hand if he is 18 HE WILL unless her parent new of it going on.

Florida has some of the toughest laws on these matters. Your daughter is already the victim of statutory rape, so you don't have to wait until they move in together, file a police report and get the arrest over with. You can also get a restraining order to prohibit contact with your daughter. The level of emancipation she will enjoy only extends to healthcare decisions for herself and the baby. YOU retain control of everything else.
The boyfriend has no rights until he is established as the father via paternity. If his mother takes them in, she could face charges for harboring a runaway.
i do not agree with that . i think you should let the father be a father n not turn him in even if you dont like him. if you do i can pretty much promiss you what is going to happen . what will happen is you will turn him in and then your daughter will proble never talk to you again so it would proble be best if you let him be the father of his child
