Traveling Without Permission

How do POs find out if you leave the state without permission? or do they not find out unless you get arrested, pulled over, etc. while in another state?

Just wondering because so many people on this board get violated..so I was just wondering how do the courts find out that you left without permission?

They find out however they find out - think of any possible way your travel might be detected or reported back, and there you go.
