i need some advice a friend of mine recently ask me that if she consented to having sex and then he inserted but not fully and she said no i change my mind and pushed him off and said no but he held her down and forced it n she kept saying no but he kept forcing it hard. would that be rape?

Consenual sex means both parties consented. If one party changes his/her mind and act is forced upon that person its rape
also hes 17 and shes 15. andhow much trouble could he get in?

I will say Rape may still be on the table and could be intial charge but I am guessing the 18 year old could gain a plea deal that knock its down to statutory rape. The 15 years in prison is max not a gurantee. The 18 year old could do no jail or prison time but may still have to register. Its impossible to say
