Is This Rape, or Not?

Statutory rape and I posted the Michigan laws I found. The 18 year old is looking at 15 years in prison

I will say Rape may still be on the table and could be intial charge but I am guessing the 18 year old could gain a plea deal that knock its down to statutory rape. The 15 years in prison is max not a gurantee. The 18 year old could do no jail or prison time but may still have to register. Its impossible to say
