    Threats to Terminate Commercial Lease
The owner of the property management company at my wife’s retail location continuously threatens nonrenewal of lease. He also has physically destroyed our private property. He tells the other retailers in the shopping center that I am an instigator. He threatens to have our vehicle towed even though it is parked legally in the parking lot. He threatens to have me removed from the property. He has tried to force his way into our store saying he can come in whenever he wants. He has used profanity with me and when confronted says
he will call me a lot worse before this is over. And so on I have a lot of this on digital recorder. Please let me know what my options are.

    Problems with Commercial Landlord
Commercial tenants have far fewer legal rights than residential tenants. If the landlord is unbearable and all else fails, your wife may have to move her store. The odds that this landlord is going to permit her to renew her lease seem pretty low, given what you have said, so consider your options when the lease expires - or consider your options now and see if the landlord will release your wife from the lease.

If the landlord is intentionally destroying property, that's a criminal act. You can file a police report, or can bring a civil suit over damages.
