Can I Move Out With My Aunt, Four Months Before My Eighteenth Birthday

Ok.
Here is my sistuation::

My Aunt moved in more then 2 months ago and ever since she moved in my mom has been a totally different person.
She has put alot of stress on me, blaming me for the things wrong here, she goes out drinking and then comes home and says that its my fault that everything has been screwed up, she makes me do everything while she goes to her boyfriends house, she always yells at me for no reason, and my aunt said that when she gets a house that i can move in with her.


See when my cousin ran away they didnt make her go home.
they let her choose where she wanted to go and she was 17 1/2
and im only 4 months from being 18.

and my aunt said i need to move out because of how my mom treats me.

Ask your parents for permission.

With your parents consent yes if not then wait the 4 months

but see.
i know she doesnt wnat me to move because then she will have to do everything herself.

like tonight.
she yelled at me to do her laundry.
i do my own why cant she.

and then she made me make her food.
when i had went out to eat witg my Fiance.

The law is what it is it doesnt change to fit each person. you cannot live outside parental home without parental consent

and what if i move anyway?

Then your parents can report you as a run away and whomever is caring for you can get in legal trouble

You are not being physically abused, you are in no danger, so what is the problem with waiting 4 short months until you are 18?

If you can't handle the aggravations at home for a few months, you are NOT anywhere near prepared for living on your own.

Just wait out the 4 months, it's that simple.
