Caught Shoplifting from Kohl's in Virginia

i got caught shoplifting from Kohl's on 10-30-2007. No police were involved and they said i was free to go!! i got a letter in the mail telling me I had to pay $225. I'm fine with that... THE PROBLEM IS I DON'T KNOW WHO TO CONTACT!!! I really need help! I remember they were giving me 30 days & that would be on 12-04-2007!! I really need the number to make payments or anything!! I don't want this to be on my record!!! ANYONE KNOW THE NUMBER OR ADDRESS?????
