Thank You all for your help and I panther I hope your right when you say they are still investigating, but with all the phone calls they received they should have been out there already.

They are not required to investigate the way you think they ought to or to take the action you think they should. There can and probably are issues of which you are not aware that affect their response; additionally in most states CSP is understaffed and overworked and can't drop everything because you think they ought to have gone out there.
Let me say this when CPS gets a report the case stays open for at least 30 days. That may no tmean 30 days of investigating just an open case for that time frame. This is not your fight. What you feel CPS should or should not do means nothing. they are overworked and understaffed and do the best they can. Also cases of severe (sometimes life threatening) will get attention first
