My wife is from the central america. she has done nothing but put me in debit and ruined our finances. we have been married for six years. i can't stad her selfishness any more. she lies and takes my money and runs up bills i can't pay. The only thing stopping me is my children. The mean everything to me. The law already favors the women, and i don't want to loose them or have only visitations. i feel my work scheduale is only going to hurt me.i work 24hrs on and then 24hrs off. she dose not speak english has no educationno job and just recentlly got her drivers license. what are my chances of winning my kids??

WOW, this is an interesting one.

See an attorney! and keep your wife's name off you accounts.

Chances are slim of you getting full custody. But not out of the question. Get ready for the fight of your life.
    Get a good lawyer
The fact that she knows no English, has no job, and no education however, could only help you in your battle for the kids.
    Get a good lawyer.
You need to be financially prepared to raise them, house them, etc.... And be prepared to show the courts
    Get a good lawyer
Don't stay married for the kids. It's actually more detrimental for them.
    Get a good lawyer.
    See a theme here?
    Good luck
    Get a good lawyer
If you don't have the money for a good lawyer, get the money for a good lawyer.
