Hi,i hold a b1 b2 visitor visa wish is valid until 2012 . I visited my american fiancee in tennesse for three times .The first time they allowed me to stay like 6 months and i stayed one month.The second visit again i had six months of permit of stay and i left after one month .In my last visit i didn't check my passport and i had only three months and i taught i had six months like before so i over stayed of three months.Can anyone tell me what i should do?Does my visa still valid?Can i use it again? Thank you.

If you overstayed less than three months, you're probably okay. If you overstayed more than three months, you could have some real problems trying to reenter the United States.
