Larceny Charge from Six Years Ago
About six years ago I was working for a retail chain. I was given "special dicount privelages" on certain products due to my "good standing" with the general manager. One day I up and moved back to my home state due to general home sickness and the fact that I was offered a great job by a freind. Come to find out a couple of weeks later I was called by my old roommate saying that my ex-boss was calling and harrasing her. I called my ex boss and she said that she was mad about me quitting on her with such short notice and if I didnt return my discounted items that she would press charges. After about four phone calls trying to reason/negotiate with her she quit accepting my phone calls and had charges pressed for larceny. My question is this;in the state of Colorado due warrants run out time wise or is their a statute for a certain term, because this is going to hassle me in my lfe career wise. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated, thanks. By the way this happened in colorado and it was over $500 and under $1,000.

Once you are charged, the statute of limitations stops running.
