Changing Your Mind About Signing Reaffirmation After Discharge
I agreed to sign a reaffirmation agreement with a creditor, and then realized I can't afford to. My case was discharged. Is there anything the creditor can do to me if I don't sign? If I've changed my mind? By the way I live in Michigan.::confused:

You decided to reaffirm after the underlying debt was discharged in bankruptcy?

They can stomp their feet and curse your name. But unless there's somethign more to the story, not much more than that.

Actually, I agreed to reaffirm before the discharge. I realized I just can't afford to, then a week later the discharge came through.
