Help with Tennessee Emancipation Law

My friend lives in tennessee, she is 16 soon to be 17 is trying to become emancipated, but Tennessee has no emancipation status. Is there a way of going about this that could get her emancipation status granted? If she is emancipated she has a place to stay and a job but it is in another state.

If her parents consent, they can execute a guardianship in favor of the adult she will be living with.
