Possession in New Jersey

Well, im a 17 year old me and my 3 friends were caught with posesssion of marijuana in new jersey. and they searched my friends they were caught with like 5 grams but me i was clean and founded upon nothing sleeping in the passenger seat.

the police said to expect a court date in the mail for family court and charges.

my question is will this go on my permanent record? they took my picture / fingerprints.

and is it possible to take it off of my record? since im 17 and still a minor? will i have a hard time finding a job?

and what would the fines be for my friends be?
and what would my fines be?
