Convince your parents to file the petition for you. If your parents aren't willing, it won't matter if you made $1.5 million last week.

My mother has already signed an agreement with me that when I turn 16 and get a job she would emancipate me and she signed it as well as I.

No....she has to submit the petition to the court. She needs to get the forms, fill them out, sign them, and file them.

Where is your father? If both of your parents to do co-petition, he will have to be notified of the proceedings and will have the righ to object.

You need to have proof that you are supporting yourself, are capable of continuing to do so, have a place to live, are successful in school, and have a higher than average level of maturity.

You should be able to get the forms from the clerk of court.

As to how you show that you are ready to be fully responsible for yourself, that is up to you to do so. If you are capable of living as an adult and taking on the responsibilities of an adult, then include in the statement any evidence that backs up your claims.

Your parents (not you) file and process takes months at very least. By the way you mention Mom is ok with it but what of Dad both parents are required to agree otherwise yo may have a court battle before emancipation even gets started

That depends on how backed up the court is, the judge's calendar, what other evidence the judge may decide he needs, how long the GAL's interest and report takes to get to the court....

There is no way to tell you how long it would take.

In Hillsborough County or the surrounding counties, all types of civil cases usually take a year or longer to be finalized. You are in a very populous area, so don't get your hopes up.

I wouldn't expect it to take a year or more for an emancipation petition to be heard, even in a busy court.
