Formal Complaint
I live in Massachusetts. Since getting a new w/comp adjuster I am now in wc hell. Last week I was actually yelled at by my adjusters' supervisor. I am still trying to have my bonus comission included in wages earned. I am now being asked to jump through hoops as far as documentation needed. I faxed the info requested last week, and now the ins. co. statesthey need more. Would my filing a formal complaint against my adjusters manager be more detrimental than helpful in the long run? I do not want to jeopardize my settlement amount. I had major cervical spine surgery only 6 weeks ago and they are sendingme for an IME this week....any advice?

Re: Formal Complaint
If you're close to settlement, I suggest kicking up as little dust as possible. If you settle all issues and get them out of your life, assuming that's what's on the table, they won't have any power to retaliate or slow things down if you complain about their actions.
