The expertlaw crystal ball is out being recalibrated but perhaps moburkes can consult his magic 8 ball! both these process and a very high chance of failure but your free to try.
thanx for the sarcasim-but do you think i could somehow just speak with a lawyer over the phone in anyway without having to pay? isnt there somebody associated with juviniles that i could just speak with for about 30 minutes, because talking instead of typing is a much better way for me to express how everything truely is, because when i type i sometimes tend to leave things out.

Many Attorney grant free Office visits check your local yellow pages and call
Re: Emancipation-Do you think i'd make it?
but do you think they will speak to me all over the phone or would i really have to come in and have an appointment with them, i cant do appointments because i already know my mom will be working and i dont have my actual license yet, and even if she werent working, she would refuse to take me anyways.
Re: Emancipation - Do You You Think I'd Make It?
Consider this.
Based on the figures I've seen, approximately one tenth of one percent of applications for emancipation are actually granted. Your chances of success are extremely low. Your chances of failure are very high.
We cannot possibly guess whether or not any given unknown attorney will give you a consultation over the phone or require that you come into the office. But the chances that they will accept an appointment of any kind to discuss emancipation of a teen that has no means of transportation are not, in my opinion, overly high.
Re: Emancipation - Do You You Think I'd Make It?
If you cannot find a means to see an Attorney how are you going to get to court?

because it it is a court case my mom would HAVE to be there or else she can get in trouble and that way i would have a ride, but considering its not something i HAVE to be at she would try and stop me from going.
Re: Emancipation - Do You You Think I'd Make It?
You asked if we think you'd make it.
No, we don't.
Enough said.
