Mr. Insane, I'm not sure where you are from. The legal age of majority in whichever state or province you are from is the age she can legally walk out if she wants to.
If you are from the USA I know there is the Government Accountability Office that is currently changing laws regarding boot camps etc. Some of them are not very safe.
Maybe contact the GAO offices and see what they say.
Thank you for actually answering my question and giving me helpful information. The reason I have been asking is because it is very bother some to read about the lawsuits filled against the organization of WASPS or WASP boot camp, which consist of many boot camps in the USA. I am thinking it is a part of them because I briefly heard a sibling mention blue ridge, GA. Did a little research on blue ridge and came about Darrington academy and about the organization they are a part of. But yes I will take your advice by contacting them .
...and you think that you will have any legal standing to have any influence on this situation, why?
Where I agree there are some horrific Boot Camps there are also many who turn kids around. Do not base all Boot Camps on the ones singled out by media
The biggest problem I have with "boot camps" (and a lot of similar programs) is that they are not scientifically validated approaches to treatment, and the catastrophically bad programs aside, I think it is generally best to use a treatment modality which has been documented to work - not by anecdote, but by study (preferably peer reviewed).
