Contact By an Ex who Obtained a Protection Order
Ok ,i will try to make this short. My ex-girlfriend and i threathing each other on the phone, but she recorded my threat and had me arrested.Judge put me on probation and told us to have no contact for a year. The day we left the courtroom she start calling me ,i didn`t answer the phone. So i went to the police with recorded messages she left on my phone, pictures of my caller id,and police reports, but nothing was done. All of that was before the pre-trail,which they said no contact. The next day after the courtroom she call from an unknown number,i answer and recorded her on the phone. She told me the judge say it was ok for us to talk and i can call her.Mind you i still had feelings for her.So i call her back, but to find later she lied about the judge saying that.
So what can i do ?I think she used me and try to set me up at the same time. What legal advice can u give me about this? She had me arrested because she was so-call afraid, but turn around and contact me and use me?Is there some can of law against that?I want her arrest for perjury at least, because she lied to the judge and i have proof.
    please help,thanks

How did she lie to the Judge?
From your post, it seems that she lied to YOU, then you made a bad decision to believe her, and called her. Basically, you violated probation and you cannot explain that away.

She's either going to report the contact, in which case you and your lawyer can try to use your recordings as part of your defense, or not, in which case it doesn't matter. But don't make the same mistake again.

The order is against you, not her. If you wish to try to have the order set aside, hire a lawyer and try.

That seems absolutely absurd. In Ca.when there's
restraining order in effect, that order becomes
nullified/void and rendered unenforceable by police the
moment the petitioner initiates contact with the other
    party.

Its done so precisely to preclude the endless childish
gameplaying, fraud, and malice which this guy is being
tormented by.Lots of women misuse the RO device to
perpetrate wanton terror/malice against men-- this fact is
no secret to cops who are themselves the very daunting
threat behind the RO which creates this insane and unjust
terror. Its not a position they like being placed into either.

The notion that a RO is a one-way-only device
would allow every insane female and every wicked woman to prey upon guys like myself and this poster.

If the cops at least documented his report and cited his records that his GF initiated contact first, my guess would be that they won't enforce this court order but may be reluctant to actually say so because they'de much prefer that these two people stop dealing with one another...I'm no lawyer. I just know what I've experienced in Ca.

Hey man, change your phone number and block her from call your cel. She into playing games and its one you cannot possibly "win".Get a new babe, get two new babes
    and move on.

    What's absurd?

The restraining order doesn't go away by itself, merely because the subject of the order claims voluntary contact by the protected person. If there are grounds to have it lifted, the subject of the restraining order has to bring a motion to have the restraining order set aside.
