American Citizen Divorcing a Canadian Citizen
I married a canadien citizen 3 1/2 yrs. ago. Got her green card, residency etc. She got a job 6 mo. ago and left me for another man last week. She is still driving my 4 wheel drive that I'm making payments on and I need it for winter to get to work. My questions are:
1. can I just go get it and leave her stranded without the law saying I'm obligated to provide her a vehicle. Heck she can have the van that I got to drive (she don't want it)
2.I bought a house that's in my name only, during our marriage. Is she entitled to the equity??
3.Is she entitled to my pension???
Thank you to anybody that can help or discuss during my time of need. I'm trying to get all the info I can before I see a lawyer. Any links would be helpful too. Thanks reallytired

Divorce laws are different in each state.
