Married to a Pregnant U.S. Citizen
:wallbang:hi, i was deported last year and again earlier in august for trying to get back to my pregnant wife. i traveled to canada and got ripped off by a fraud lawyer and i am on my way back to mexico. i really need to be with my wife and baby to be, she is doue in late feb. What are the first steps i should take and what forms will i have to fill out. my wife is unable to work right now and might have to apply for cal works or wic, which are programs helping mothers. if she get a job she would lose her medical for her pregnancy. being their i know i cna provide for my family but i dont want to be there illegally. can some one help me please, this is the hardest thin for me not being able to see my first child born and not being with my wife. i need advice and any will be helpful. i want to hire a lawer but i need to know if there is a chance to get back. thanks to anyone who took the time to read my post. thanks for your time.
