Unmarried Child Lives With Me in New York
Moved Back Up To Ny When I Was 6 Months Pregnant To Live With My Father(was Living In Az With Boyfriend For About 2 Yrs), Baby's Dad Is In Arizona, He Came Up For Birth And A Few Visits And I Have Flown With Baby Down To Az Every 4-8 Weeks For Visits With His Dad. Now Baby Is 18 Months Old. His Dad Was Suppose To Be Moving To East Coast( Florida Possibly) If He Sells His House In Az,if He Doesn't He Wants Me To Move Back To Az Or He Wants Custody. I Have 2 Kids Who Live With Their Dad Up Here, which Is Why I Have To Still Be Up Here To Visit(i Used To Fly Back 2 Weekends A Month To Visit My Kids When I Worked In Az). The Az Dad Also Has 2 Kids From Ex-wife,his Ex-wife Was Also Willing To Move To Florida Her Company Offered Her A Job Down In Florida With Relocation Assist. Az Dad Also Full Time Work From Home I.t. Professional So He Basically Can Work From Anywhere. Going To Try To File For Physical Custody At Family Courts Here In Ny . Any Suggestions Or Same Situations?

Please use normal grammar and capitalization, as your text is difficult to read.

No court involved, father was present at birth and signed papers, he's on birth certificate.

OP, please edit your first post. I agree with aaron - its is extremely difficult to read.

(It is not standard practive to capitalize the first letter of every work. It actually makes it difficult to read. And, your sentences have no logical structure.)
