I don't know where you are getting your information, but as stated earlier:

§ 16.1-333. Findings necessary to order that minor is emancipated.

The court may enter an order declaring the minor emancipated if, after a hearing, it is found that: (i) the minor has entered into a valid marriage, whether or not that marriage has been terminated by dissolution; or (ii) the minor is on active duty with any of the armed forces of the United States of America; or (iii) the minor willingly lives separate and apart from his parents or guardian, with the consent or acquiescence of the parents or guardian, and that the minor is or is capable of supporting himself and competently managing his own financial affairs.

does anyone have any advice that has been though the emancipation processs in virginia to give me any pointers?
does anyone of a place that a 15 year old can get a job in roanoke va?

You have already been quoted the Virgina statute. You were told to call CPS you refuse. Far as hiring a 15 year old try Burger King

it also says that if it is in the better interest of the child or of the parent that the child can be emancipated without the consent of the parents
so it is in the better interest of me if i am being abused to get out of the house for my saftey

That is a CPS issue not an emancipation one. By the way for your own knowledge less than 1% of all emancipation petitions are successful.

This isn't a jobs board. If you want to try to find local employment, I suggest you try the local classifieds, the bulletin board at your school, etc.

you know that you are really negitive
whats wrong with you
did your mom not love you or something
did you try to get emancipated and it didnt work b/c atleast im going to try to do this the legal way
i could do like some of the other kids and just run away

You would enter into foster care first. Just because a parent isn't capable of raising you does NOT mean that the law feels that you are capable of raising yourself.

That is the policy of that individual franchise owner or company, but not a state law.
