You should be talking with an Attorney and then the two of you discuss your options.
To be honest, Im still a little confused...I was given a court date and all and a citation...But the manager today said that it was ultimately up to LP and that he would talk to them about it. So does that signify that there is any chance they will see fit to avoid following through with the charges?
Its already on court calendar its too late!!
