Emanicpation for a 15-Year-Old

Hi i am 15 years old and i am in a family where my dad used to physically abuse me and now he mentally abuses me by say things like i am nothing but hate and that i am the reason i am, so messed up and he also keeps trying to force their religion uppon me and they are also trying to restrict me from talking to friends on the computer and seeing all but 3 or 4 of my friends just cuz they r different and their image isnt what they are used to and now they r taking away my rights to music and television and like i said b4 internet and friends and i homeschool so i hardly ever see my friends i am always stuck at home unless i am forced to go with my parents when they go shopping or when they go to church i only can see my gf 1 or 2 times a week if i am lucky cuz of this and my friends if lucky 1 time a week other than that i am stuck by myself or stuck with parents it is like i have only my basic freedoms now maybe not even all of thoes can i move out legaly and in with a friend that has a stable income?

You cannot leave your parents home without consent and since you did not give your state we cannot say if emancipation is an option or not. I can tell you this emancipation will require you to be self supporting! Keyword is "self"
