Do I Have a Case?

I'm a paramedic working for a private ambulance company. I was at work one day and my human resources lady walks up to me and asks for a hug so i gave her one without thinking much of it. As i was going into a meeting, she came back up to me and said "you're on your final notice" and gives me a kiss on the cheek. That was a week ago and i'm extremely uncomfortable with the situation. What can i do? And how strong is the case?

I am not sure what you believe "the situation" is, nor what the "case" would be. Do you care to elaborate?
