So I dont know if i can start a waiver with my visa expired. Also what papers i need to do. Someone knows how many time is gonna take all this papers??
Please I need a lot of help if someone knows about it please help me!!! If someone had the same experience than me tell me about it.
    Thank You

I'm assuming by "with my visa expired" you mean that your visa expired at the time (or shortly before the time) you returned to Peru.

In terms of getting a waiver of the two-year foreign residence requirement, this article from the State Department describes your options.

You can attempt to get a waiver during the two year period, after which the issue is moot.
