    That really sucks, now you can see how some on the other side of the fence can be actually innocent.

    Oh yeah I have seen it and I beleive at least some of them. I could tell all kinds of stories but I won't be around much longer if I do. Someday I'll write a book. right now I am looking for the best Civil Rights Attorney in the country.

    Well let me give you a warning about taking a plea bargain. Since you will admit guilt in order to strike the deal, you have just about zero chances to change it after the fact. Plus you will not only have to register as a sex offender probably for life but you will have to undertake very expensive sex offender counseling. You will not be allowed to be around minors or people of the same sex as the victim for a while without another adult present that knows about your history. Taking a plea bargain is opening a can of worms that you may never close and your chance of having this go away after the plea is nil. As a corrections officer you should know this. Your best defense is to hire an attorney who specializes in this type of case. DO NOT PLEAD GUILTY IF YOU ARE NOT!
