Consult with a criminal defense Attorney and ask him/her about diversion and if you quaify
what does diversion do?
Far as fines etc its same as conviction however in most cases once you complete program the case is dismissed so no record. However diversion programs vary so discuss this with an Attorney
well what is the program and if i am fined does that mean it goes on my record? and what does they can discuss it with an attorney mean does it mean though the case is dismissed it'll still be on my record?
You need to talk to an Attorney who can explain your areas diversion program if they have one as my explanation wasnt good enough
will talking to an attorney cost me?
will it? and also what if you were guilty by association
Many will many with you for a free intial consultationQuote:
