H1B Transfer in the First Month

Hello All,

I got my H1B from company A and it is effective Oct 1st 2007. I did not work for this consulting firm and I have an offer from Company B who are willing to do a H1B Transfer. Obviously I do not have any pay stubs. Can I still go ahead and get it transfered with any problems??? Or do I need a pay stub??? If I do need a pay stub then I cannot get them for sure since I did not work. Is there an exception if the H1B is transfered in the first month??? Please help...

What do you mean that "you did not work" - you didn't show up for work? Your employer benched you? Something else?
