Trespass at a High School, in Texas
My friend and I took the SAT on Saturday and decided to hang out together to relieve the stress. We were talking about ipods then the conversation changed to music. He wanted to play a music symphony for me, and the nearest piano was at school. We were driving his car and we just happened to pass by the school. We saw of the doors was unlocked, so we went in. The choir room door was also unlocked and he played the piano for about 3 minutes and on our way out we were arrested by the police. My court date is tomorrow, my friend got a lawyer for himself and his lawyer said he doesnt have to attend court tomorrow. I have to because I didn't get one. What are the chances of the judge getting my records cleared? I am applying to college right now.

I just turned 18 on Oct 3. I am living in Texas.

If I were your lawyer and that were actually what occurred, I would be trying for a dismissal or deferral of charges.

    What happened in court?

Thats the craziest thing I have ever heard. I think some community service would be a fair trade.
