California BP 25662A v PC 415(1)

Which offense is worse to have on your record. I realize one carries a license suspension but the other carries possible jail time in the county jail. I'm going into law enforcement.

Calif. allows you plea to PC415(1) if charged with BP25662A which I think is a worse charge to have on ones record. No deal in my opinion.

I don't expect you (if you're a first time offender) to go to jail, and avoiding a license suspension is a considerable benefit.
