Minor consumption would probably be a minor consuming alcohol. Unless you were so intoxicated that you could not have knowingly and intelligently waived your Miranda rights (an extremely high burden for you to meet) you will most likely be unsuccessful in trying to attack the validity of your statement on that basis.
