Breaking and Entering, and Possession of Lockpicks
This all started with some lock picks. For a number of years i have had a set of lock picks i keep in my car, kind of a just in case thing if i were ever to get locked out of home or whatever. The other day one of my college buddies, lets call him bill, saw the picks and asked if he could try them. I didn't see any harm in him trying. Bill practiced and practiced on his door and got pretty proficient at it. Of course Bill wanted to see if he could do any other locks. Some of the other guys in our suite were home for the weekend and he tried picking their door. One resident of said picked room was "Sam" Another friend of mine "Andy" was in need of an x-box power supply to borrow for the night so he could play. Andy borrowed Sam's power supply from Sam's room that Bill picked open. The next day Sam came back to school with some family. Sam didnt mind that we borrowed his power supply he was just a little irritated we went into his room. Sam's dad was not happy however and filed a police report. Now Andy is being charged with breaking and entering i believe and me and Bill don't know what will happen to us.
Bill= Practicing picking locks for fun and picked open Sam's room
Andy= Borrowed the power supply from Sam's room and returned it
The picks belonged to me, but i didn't have a part in taking or picking and did not enter Sam's room.
What can happen to us?

Pennsylvania does not yet have an official version of its statutes available online. You can review an unofficial version of the burglary statute here. I don't see a statute pertaining to possession of burglary tools or lockpicks, but that doesn't mean that there isn't such a statute.

Dunno if this will help.
Pennsylvania State Code.
Re: Breaking and Entering, and Possession of Lockpicks
That's the Pennsylvania Code and, unfortunately, what we need are the Pennsylvania Statutes.
